Frequently asked questions

What Diligio does, how the verification engine works, and what it costs.

What is Diligio?
Diligio is a web platform that automates RFPs, due-diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and security questionnaires. It centralises your past proposals and compliance documents into a controlled knowledge base, then drafts and verifies answers grounded strictly in those sources.
How does Diligio prevent AI hallucinations?
Diligio uses two independent models from two providers. Claude Haiku 4.5 drafts each answer using only passages retrieved from your knowledge base, then Gemini independently verifies every claim against those exact sources. A confidence gate surfaces well-supported answers for review and withholds weakly-supported ones rather than guessing.
What types of questionnaires can Diligio handle?
RFPs, RFIs, due-diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and vendor security questionnaires — any structured question-and-answer document where answers should be grounded in your own approved material.
What file formats can I upload?
Diligio ingests PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), and PowerPoint (PPTX) files. It reads each file and automatically extracts question-and-answer pairs for you to review and approve into your knowledge base.
How much does Diligio cost?
Diligio is a flat annual licence of $7,499 per year. That includes up to 1,000 collaborative seats, unlimited concurrent projects, and 1TB of storage — with no per-seat surcharges.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Customer data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit, with strict tenant isolation so your knowledge base is never shared across organisations. Full details are on the Security page.
