Who qualifies for startup pricing?
Pre-seed teams: no priced seed round yet, fewer than 10 employees, and under $250,000 raised in total. Eligibility is self-declared when you apply, and we confirm it before the price is applied.
Is it the full product, or a cut-down tier?
The full product. You get the standard Diligio Respond licence with no feature gating, the same platform larger customers run. Diligio Compliance is likewise the full product, not a starter edition.
What happens after the first year?
It renews at standard pricing: $7,499 per year for Diligio Respond and $1,999 per year for Diligio Compliance. There is no lock-in, so you can cancel whenever you like.
Do I need both Diligio Respond and Diligio Compliance?
No. Each is a standalone product you can take on its own. If you run both, they share one knowledge base, so the approved answers that win your deals also power your compliance posture.
